Heart Centred Growth

We got a new puppy called Woody and he has brought so much laughter into our home, and I'm absolutely chuffed to show you a picture of him.  But today's podcast is not about Woody as much as I'd like it to be.  It's the first time both of us have had a puppy - he is a Hungarian Vizsla, and we've had to really step up on being good, strict, but also allowing him to be a puppy at the same time.   So, with that, I really wanted to talk to you about clients, and the key principles on helping your clients as best as you can.  To be honest, sometimes I think it's very similar to teaching a dog - you repeat, and you repeat the same information, and then you try repeating it in a different way, and that's what I've been doing.
