Friendships are so important to having a very whole, peaceful life. Connections and community are all part of being human and being able to relate to others. We all need human connections of some kind and developing friendships is what this podcast is about and how vital it is to have different types of friendships. Creating great friendships isn't something that is easy for people, especially the older you get, but having a sense of gratitude for all that we have and all that we're about to have, gives us the opportunity to grow into the person that we are likely to become. And the people we surround ourselves with also helps us grow into the person we're likely to become.
